Do I need to be home when you come to clean?
Most customers are not home at the time of cleaning, but this is up to you and is an individual choice. If you choose to not be home, we ask to meet before your initial cleaning. So you can meet your cleaner, go over what will be done, get accurate details, and go over how you would like us to enter and exit your property.
Can my pets stay home
Usually this is not a problem, we love your furry friends, however, you know your pets better than anyone so if you find your pet gets aggressive or anxious around people they are unfamiliar with it may be best to either make other arrangements on the day of your cleaning, or place them in a garage, spare room, or kennel. Its also best for us to meet your pet prior to the cleaning if they will be in the house when we arrive.
Do you have insurance, how do I know I can trust you?
Maid in Time has General Liability Insurance and bonding. Proof of Insurance and Bonding available upon request. We enter your property with a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and a strong faith based moral and ethical background.
